Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders $50 or more shipped within USA. Orders placed by 12pm Pacific/3pm Eastern time ship same day Monday-Friday. We ship most orders with USPS Priority to ensure quick 2-3 day delivery but may use UPS ground services for certain orders.
Warranty
Lifetime replacement. Quality materials and craftsmanship are the primary focus at Lodesol in order to create long lasting durable products. All products are tested in conditions exceeding their standard use to guarantee that they will last. If our products fail to stand up to your use, a replacement will be issued at request for no additional cost.
